Terms of use · Effective October 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Emircomp LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Know Your Sh*t ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Usernames and profile photos are public on the leaderboard. Don't use names or photos that are hateful, sexual, harassing, impersonate someone, or infringe anyone's rights. Don't cheat the leaderboard, scrape the app, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with it. We may rename, hide or remove content, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Know Your Sh*t Pro is sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. The 3-month Interview Sprint is a one-time purchase that doesn't renew. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
We may change what the free plan and Pro include, or their prices. Price changes for an active subscription follow Apple's rules and notifications.
Questions, explanations and rubrics are for learning. We work hard to make them accurate, but they may contain mistakes and aren't professional advice. AI-generated grades and tutor answers can be wrong. Using the app doesn't guarantee any interview result, offer or compensation. Company names shown on tracks only describe where topics are commonly relevant; we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
The app and its content belong to us. You may use it for your own personal learning; don't copy, resell or republish the question bank. Answers you type remain yours; you give us permission to store and process them to run the app, as described in the privacy policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll tell you in the app, and continuing to use the app means you accept it. You can stop using the app at any time. We may stop offering the app; if we do, active subscribers will be told in advance.
